Dear Sir, I'm having a question regarding the C-10-200W connection. As you know this choke providing 2 winding which can be connected in series(2.5H) or in parallel (10H). However, under in series method, I want to put one winding in B+ side, and the other winding in return path (common) so that still providing 10H in total, and make the PSU circuit in more balance. But it will make the voltage across two winding equal to input DC voltage (say 400-450V). Is it ok and no acring problem? Thanks!

No, it's not a good idea.  The C-10-200W is not designed for anything but a simple parallel or serial connection.
